Once your mortgage broker or your banking officer has your completed application, the formal legal documents need to be prepared. The lender will send us mortgage instructions requesting that we obtain additional information from you, which was not taken at the time of submitting your mortgage application.

Contact us early on in the process so we can coordinate with you what information you need to collect and submit to our office in order to obtain your mortgage funding.
